An airplane menu for President Dwight D. Eisenhower

 This month, while I'm busy with other long-term projects, I'm posting a menu from February 17, 1954. After a long day of meetings President Eisenhower left Washington for a week's vacation in California. The meal served to Ike and Mamie during the flight was prepared in the United Airlines flight kitchen in Washington, D. C. by chef Edward Gerber.
