Chowing down on the campaign trail with General Eisenhower

I'll be taking a break for a few weeks from delving into recipes, instead looking at menus from General Dwight D. Eisenhower's 1952 campaign for President. He spent much of his time traveling the country by train making several stops along the way every day. We're going to ride along with Ike and Mamie and check out some menus along the way. If you a member of the press corps along for the ride, there was a dining car available. Here is a typical breakfast menu.
